  •  However busy your schedule, you have to exercise. Get that fit-bit if you must but start working out from Monday (and the one that is tomorrow!). Women who take the train/metro to work every day, this is not for you as even the fit-bit will get tired of counting the number of steps you take. Phew!
  • You cannot skip breakfast. You can not compromise on that morning boost of energy that will see you through the day.
  • You need to carry a trail mix of some nuts and seeds every time you step out.
  • You are not the only one in your children’s life, so please do give them a break.
  • Gossip is as important as watching news. So meet your girlfriends at least once a fortnight if not every week.
  • Rise and shine. Be nice to your mom and your mom-in-law!
  • This is for women who don’t cook regularly. You need to cook at least one meal a week. It’s therapeutic and the only day when you will end up decluttering your refrigerator.
  • Don’t try and show the world that you are better than men. They already know it.
  • Watch your nutrition levels, bone health, hormonal issues. Prioritise your health. Put yourself first.
  • As women, we do get tired with all the multi-tasking through the day. So, yes go for vacation and do what makes you happier you.

People in the society creates a mentality that it’s tough to be a woman, but it’s not true. Being a woman is fun because she can do anything with equal grace and productivity.
